A company of multiple possibilities and long-term relationship
The time after the end of a contract or project is one of the major concerns of professionals, whatever the area. "What am I going to do now?", "What if I don't adapt to the new project?", "Will they have cuts?", these are just some of the questions that certainly go through the minds of the people who work with the project, and that worry is also important for Radix.?
To maintain long-term relationships and ensure alignment with new and developing project needs and personal career interests, we have a Strategic Operations front responsible for planning and managing team allocations. Here, no knowledge is wasted!?
We have three key points of action: allocation, training, and feedback. The talent management work for projects running at Radix is done continuously. Through channels of conversations and feedback along with the identification of the skills of Radixers and their career development plan and interests, we seek to promote the "perfect match," generating opportunities and ensuring the quality of deliverables.?
Radix values the maintenance of relationships with each person who comes to the team, and seeks the greatest engagement of professionals through the full use of their talents. In addition, promoting internal training and development is a permanent strategy to train professionals based on the main demands existing in the company. With this strategy, Radix prepares and develops talents in-house to act in different projects while taking into account each individual’s goals and plans. Here, communication is always open and our people are free to seek upward movements and be the protagonists of their careers.?

Imagine being hired for a specific project for a large group in the naval sector, with part of the work outside Brazil. In early 2020, Radix was preparing to begin work with a group specializing in naval defense development and construction. At the same time, without imagining the obstacles and uncertainties that would come very soon after, the production engineer, Fabiana Matsas, arrived at the company to join the project team.?
With just over a month left at home, she saw all her hopes sink with the interruption of the project due to the situation of the pandemic in Brazil and around the world. What could be the end was, in fact, the beginning of a trajectory of reinvention and discoveries.?
It was a time of great uncertainty. The whole world was going through a delicate situation. I was a recent graduate, had been hired specifically for a demand, and as the pandemic evolved, the chance of the project occurring getting smaller and smaller, that's when I thought I'd get fired. Luckily, I was mistaken; I was able to count on special people at Radix who trusted my work and have given me great opportunities ever since. At first I was afraid of the new challenges, but I always had a lot of support and encouragement, chances to learn and develop, and I'm sure it was worth (and worth) much for it.?
Fabiana met the commercial team of Radix's Services segment, and is currently business coordinator, responsible for the infrastructure and financial sector.?
