Today we are even bigger! Thanks to our investments around the world, which have been growing steadily over the last year ??. This week we have presented spectacular results in all areas. We have recorded the highest investments in our history: €12.3 billion in the last 12 months, which have boosted net profit to €5.47 billion.

In addition, we have greater financial strength, liquidity of €22.1 billion, we consolidated capitalization maximums for a value of around €90 billion and the remuneration of our investors has increased by 14%. All great news!

Renewables around the world ??: Baltic Eagle

In our 'Renewables around the World' section, this time we are going to Germany with a new milestone in offshore wind.

The 50 wind turbines of the Baltic Eagle offshore wind farm, which we developed together with Masdar, are already installed in the Baltic Sea. Between them they add up to a capacity of 476 MW, which will generate clean energy for almost half a million families in Germany.

Our commitment to offshore wind energy continues to advance by leaps and bounds around the world. According to Iberdrola executive chairman, Ignacio Galán:

"Iberdrola is close to reaching 5,000 MW of offshore wind capacity globally by the end of 2026. Thanks to the experience and tireless commitment of the team that has worked on the project"

This will be Iberdrola's fifth offshore facility globally, behind West Duddon Sands and East Anglia ONE in the United Kingdom, Wikinger in Germany and Saint-Brieuc in France. Meanwhile, three others are advancing in different stages of development: Vineyard Wind I in the US, East Anglia THREE in the United Kingdom and Windanker in Germany ??.

?? Leaders in sustainability and climate action

Iberdrola has recently been recognized as a leader in sustainability and climate action. According to a report by the technology consultancy Richmond Global Sciences (RGS), which defines companies that have a positive environmental, social and financial impact through an artificial intelligence platform, Iberdrola is among the Top 10 global companies. We are proud to continue leading the energy transition around the world!

Not only that, but our American subsidiary, Avangrid , was also recently recognized as one of the greenest companies in the Americas by Newsweek Plant-A Insights and GIST Impact, to highlight committed U.S. companies through a thorough analysis of data from public and private companies, and that meet the strict sustainability criteria of the European Union. Congratulations!
