Barbara Khozam, CSP, CPXP, Accredited Speaker is a professional speaker from Escondido, California. Khozam delivers workshops, seminars, training sessions, and keynotes to businesses, corporations, healthcare organizations, and medical groups.

?Khozam delivers presentations on customer service, customer experience, leadership, communication, and patient experience and satisfaction. Her chapter is entitled: ‘The new manager: Surviving and thriving in a new position.’

In her career, Khozam has delivered over 1,700 presentations across 11 countries, addressing more than 75,000 employees in her career. She has received 27 awards for sales achievements and outstanding trainer ratings. Her speaking skills have allowed her to become a certified speaking professional from the National Speakers Association.

An Accredited Speaker since 2014, Khozam graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in chemistry. She became a professional speaker when she discovered that being a mad scientist wasn’t nearly as personally rewarding as concocting combustible comedy for her content-rich program about “How to Deliver BAD Customer Service (And Strategies that Turn it Around!)”. Anne Barab, DTM, CVP, BA, Master Trustee is a professional speaker, author and coach from Dallas, Texas. Barab spreads wisdom in the fields of leadership, teamwork, and communication. Her chapter is entitled: ‘Listen with your Heart’???

Barab collaborates with corporations and associations to craft inspirational keynotes and high-content master workshops. Her messages are universal, timeless, and gluten-free. Barab’s leadership experience as a recovering politician includes serving three terms (9 years) as an elected official. Professionally, she rose through the ranks to become chief operating officer of a 1.5B USD bank. She has owned her own consulting, speaking, and coaching business since 1987.

Mark LeBlanc, CSP, CPAE served as the 2007-2008 president of the National Speakers Association. His theme, NSA Rocks, was a resounding success and his leadership team created new and exciting events and initiatives for NSA’s 3,700 members and allied members of CAPS and the Global Speakers Federation for Professional Speaking from around the globe who were able to attend.

Michael Aun, FIC, LUTCF, CSP, CPAE is the only living speaker in the world to be accorded the CSP, the CPAE, and win the World Championship of Public Speaking for Toastmasters (1978). The only other speaker was the late Cavett Robert, founder of the National Speakers Association.
