Have you been in corridors around organizations and listened to conversations among your personnel?

In the word of Stephen Covey, "The language we use reveals the thoughts we think, and the thoughts we think shape the actions we take."

Yes, I have been there. And it's always and indirect way of gauging the internal working and connectedness of great organizations.

So many great companies are broken, and it is unfortunate that they have not realized it yet. But if the Manager's will just listen intently to the chatter around the corridors, you can know the state and make a remedy before more damage is done.

Next time, you hear too many "theys" in conversations of your colleagues; it just shows they are not connected to the system.
