Describe Your Ideal Client
I know that the activity of identifying your ideal client is important and I admit to having neglected it for some time. But now I realize that in NOT identifying my ideal client, I'd been aiming at many different targets at once, watering down my message in the bargain. Kalliergo Community Building essentially has one focus:
People who care about people.
If you care about people - your staff, your neighbours, your family, your board members, your club members, your non-profit volunteers - there is no better way to express this caring than to build community with them.
"CARING"!?! Yes. Without it, we are machines in all these places, playing roles, inauthentic and separate.
Community building brings people together.
So, yes, my ideal client is someone who cares.
