This is your weekly update highlighting the events that happened in our community. A big welcome to the new subscribers that have joined since our last edition!

Today we're welcoming a new team and unveiling a big step for our community.

The team has been hard at work building the next stage in the evolution of our community with a new platform that hosts our founder's companies, contributors, and investors. This will be the central hub for the community to rally around each team as they post updates and raise support. This is version 1.0, and we're continuing to polish and add features in the coming days. Feedback is much appreciated!

Designing and manufacturing advanced subsea and underground imaging and mapping technologies.

New to the community, UAMTEC are already making waves by inking two international partnerships just in their first week!

Founder update:

• Signed a Letter of Intent with Briggs Marine in the UK, appointing them as the master distributor of BarrelEye Dive, expanding our reach and solidifying our presence in the UK market.
• We have locked in a trial with RedZone Robotics in the USA for our ROGER system, scheduled for the end of July.
• Briggs Marine has ordered 8 BarrelEye Dive Units and has already completed the payment.
• We are proud to be notified as Semi-Finalists of the Australian Technology Competition.

Founder asks:

• Seeking Industry Analysis Expertise - We are working through the analysis of supplementary markets and would like to engage someone with knowledge in the infrastructure technology industry.

??Josh , Ross & Johnny ?from Trove ??

Revolutionising wealth accumulation by offering seamless access to listed and unlisted assets for diversified, risk-adjusted returns.

This week Trove made a big executive level move, and locked in some key vendors on their way to supporting their platform ?

Founder update:

• We have conditionally locked in our CTO. Paul will bring a stack of real world experience to trove having been a CTO, advisor and full-stack unicorn over many decades in fintech, health, Ai, FMCG, and Insurance-tech.
• We also locked in 3 key vendors - although trustees, payments and governance are not super sexy these partnerships are a critical part of the trove infrastructure and governance framework that will allow us to operate effectively and deliver on our value prop.
• Finally, we've been continuing to network with gusto. I (Josh) have attended a Carlton In Business round table on future thinking, having some great chats about the future of the wealth landscape. Ross is currently attending the 2-day Australian Technologies Competition growth masterclass in Sydney, where he is facilitating a session on brand and marketing for fast growth startups.

Transforming mental wellness through AI-driven aromatherapy.

This week Auric relocated headquarters to Chifley Tower at Chifley Square in Sydney, settling into a new co-working space on level 17. It’s a prestigious address...shhh don't tell anyone how affordable it is. Drop by and say hi!

Founder update:

• Mobile App Development - Our work to synchronise the Xano database with both our Webflow and Flutterflow platforms is progressing well.
• Digital Therapeutics - We are advancing our Aroma Test rig, focusing on the performance and reliability of piezoelectric components and wick systems to set industry benchmarks.

Founder asks:

• Sustainability and Environmental Expert - We are seeking an expert to support our “BotanicaCycle” program, aimed at promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility in our essential oils’ lifecycle.
• Social Media Support - With our team deeply engaged in product development, we are looking for support to enhance our social media efforts. If anyone is interested in helping us expand our online presence and engage with our community, we would love to hear from you.

The most intuitive Earth observation analytics tools for environmental teams.

The GeoNadir team hit the road this week for the Tropical Innovation Festival in Cairns whilst nearing a huge revenue milestone

Founder update:

• Have been at the Tropical Innovation Festival in Cairns - great talks with some investors who are keen for a follow up chat.
• A good client just came onboard in CSIRO. A big story about coral bleaching coming out very soon with the data on GeoNadir.
• Hit $90K ARR. Closing in on the next revenue milestone of $100K!

Founder asks:

• Introductions to anyone in the environmental consulting or environmental engineering world who might be a good customer fit.

??Alex from LustLab ??

Revolutionising content creation with hyper personalized generative AI.

It was another huge week for LustLab with big customer and advisor milestones and two expert interviews!?

Founder update:

• Initiated onboarding of a high-profile advisor -?We're onboarding a director of a well-known NGO (specifics to come later).
• Expanded our network with an expert in AI regulatory policy -?Whereas the advisor mentioned above is the voice in regulatory discussions, this expert helps affect AI policy to make a positive impact.? Oh yeah, and they’re a double PhD
• 100 Paying Customers -?Despite spending $0 marketing spend, we have surpassed 100 paying customers (10k total user sign ups)!

This week we had two (!!) expert interviews for LustLab. Jock chatted with both Sarah Bell and Nikhil Singh to get their insights into LustLab, AI, and the industry.

??Charlie ?& Liam ?from VOLI ??

VOLI connects businesses and individuals to NFP’s, to increase, measure and showcase social impact.

Team VOLI scored a significant investment milestone this week along with the onboarding of an entire team and the hosting of an impact day! ?

Founder update:

• Confirmed SAFE investment - we signed an angel investor from an employee within an enterprise business (Marsh Mclennan) we were targeting.
• First customer fully onboarded to our platform - 100% of the employees (18) from a Melbourne Creative Agency have created accounts on VOLI.
• DoorDash & Fishbowl Collab - VOLI hosted an impact day! We hosted a collaboration between DoorDash, Fishbowl and our good friends at We Are Mobilise!? (Video recap in full update)

Founder asks:

• We are looking to connect with Corporate Affairs or Corporate Communications Managers - we would love an introduction to anyone that matches this description.
• We are looking to connect with Creative Agencies to pilot our product - we would love an introduction to any Agencies (ideally with 20+ employees).

??Josh from Parkbooker ??

An accommodation booking marketplace connecting holiday parks & travellers.

The ParkBooker team made?progress towards their next milestone of launching the platform, bookings integrated, and the first tranche of parks signed up whilst simultaneously closing their pre-seed capital raise.

Founder update:

• Our product design team has completed the first UI designs as part of our upcoming Bookings launch.
• We’ve made strong progress towards defining our launch marketing campaign.
• Finalised our resourcing strategy for the next six months and are in market to hire - see the Asks section for more detail.

Founder asks:

• We’re in the market to hire a Business Development Manager, working alongside the Founder to lead sales efforts in signing parks. (Job link in full update)
• Looking for a warm intro to senior leadership at NRMA Parks & Resorts. If anyone is connected to one of the team (link in full update), and happy to provide an intro, please let us know.
• A reminder that our pre-seed round is closing in the next two weeks. If you’re interested in investing or discussing the opportunity, please reach out ASAP. We’ve blocked off some time for investor discussions next week.
