Community stays warm and connected with business grade Wi-Fi.

Helping businesses choose the best phone systems, broadband and managed IT support for a flexible and secure workplace.
It was so lovely to receive a letter of thanks from David Hobden at St Matthew’s church after we installed business grade wifi for them. Standard wifi was no good with those thick stone walls so it’s had a huge impact, particularly for those who use the church as a place of comfort and warmth in these current hard times or to visit the food bank.
I wanted to write and thank you for the generous donation of Wi-Fi equipment and engineer time that has improved the wifi across our church building.
As you saw from your visit the church is a relatively large building with stone walls making a reliable Wi-Fi signal difficult to maintain throughout the building, on domestic-grade equipment. Sadly professional-grade equipment has always been outside of our budgets, particularly in the current economic climate.
As a church, we care passionately about supporting our community, particularly in these difficult economic times. St Matthews set up a community larder which has now grown into one of the biggest in the area, and our latest community use sees us offer a warm space each Wednesday to those that are struggling with the cost of heating at home. Having reliable, speedy wi-fi is such a boost to those using our warm space – enabling them to use the internet be that for work, for communicating with family or friends or for simply watching tv programs on their phone whilst at the same time enjoying the warm welcoming environment of the church.
If you live near Tunbridge Wells and need some community support, please consider St Matt's.
Thanks to Ben Capas and Freddie Morgan for arranging this installation and supporting St Matthews.
