Community Residences, Inc. (CRi) Seeks Next Chief Executive Officer

HealthSearch Partners , a nationally recognized healthcare executive search firm, has recently initiated the search for the next Chief Executive Officer for CRi - Community Residences, Inc. (CRi). CRi is a non-profit organization that provides housing services and personalized resources to youth and adults with mental health needs and developmental disabilities. The organization has nearly $50 Million in net revenue and is based in Chantilly, Virginia, located close to the Washington, DC area.

The next CRi Chief Executive Officer will be a strong leader who will continue to improve and expand services. The CEO will also have responsibility for working with the Board to update the organization’s strategic plan. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least ten years of progressive leadership and operations experience in a medium to large size non-profit organization. Experience working in behavioral health or social support services is also preferred.
