For the second consecutive year, we have provided significant financial support to the POLA Association, aiding their efforts to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing oncological challenges. For many years, promoting equality and inclusivity has remained one of the most important aspects of our social responsibility. We have a dedicated person responsible for this topic, and our comprehensive equality plan includes various initiatives fostering an inclusive environment. We actively celebrate events like Tolerance Month, promoting understanding and acceptance of diverse perspectives. Furthermore, we are actively dedicated to supporting such events, like the National Equality and Diversity Awards, and contributing to initiatives such as the 15th Anniversary of the Lithuanian Business Women’s Network. Our ongoing efforts are recognized by Wings of Equal Opportunities in Lithuania.?

With great joy and pleasure, our employees regularly unite with nationwide initiatives like the Forest Planting Campaign, River Cleanup Campaign, and "Darom" initiative, all with the purpose of enhancing biodiversity, combating climate change, and cleaning the environment around us – from forests to roadsides.??

This year marks the beginning of an exciting partnership between our organization and VILNIUS TECH. As part of this collaboration, we are thrilled to launch a new initiative offering €6,000 scholarships to first-year students pursuing studies in Transport Engineering Economics and Logistics. The aim of this project is to attract talented individuals from diverse backgrounds to the logistics field, addressing the industry's current shortage of skilled professionals. By investing in education and supporting these students, we reaffirm our commitment to contributing to community development.??

As a company, we acknowledge the proven significance of volunteering, both for the communities/society and the volunteers themselves. Starting this year, we have taken further steps to foster a culture of volunteerism and community engagement among our employees. We now offer our employees the opportunity to devote one day a year to volunteering in a chosen social institution or other public initiatives.
