?How exciting to be sharing our first 2024 Newsletter with you all. I am so grateful you are still here, following our content, engaging with our business, and trusting us with your next career move. D.C. Global Talent ended 2023 with our strongest year yet. We worked with so many incredible hotels and organizations. We added some new exciting clients to our list and continue to focus on roles in beautiful destinations across the Caribbean and the Americas.
Our 2024 goal and mission remain the same: "To provide the best career opportunities to the brightest people, with the greatest employers."
We will be focusing our efforts on developing stronger relationships with existing clients and building on that portfolio. We are also looking to engage with more opportunities in North America, specifically in the United States. We are keen on getting involved with hotels during their pre-opening phase and sharing more executive-level opportunities.
We are working every day to improve our efficiencies, processes, and communication. We understand that not everyone will get hired for a job or be the right fit but we are committed to nourishing the network we have so when opportunities arise, we can be considering candidates who have already engaged with us in the past.?
You will notice on our socials that we are focusing on sharing more video content, HR tips, and industry news as well. We hope by doing this we can provide more engaging posts and provide value to our network.
