It's been over four years since the pandemic became a part of our everyday lives. During those early months, when we couldn't see friends, family, and colleagues, our appreciation for our community grew significantly.
For those fortunate enough to have a community, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, texts, and Zoom meetings became lifelines. However, many people faced prolonged isolation, taking a heavy toll on their well-being.
Isolation can occur even in plain sight.
Isolation at work is a real and daunting issue, whether surrounded by people or in back-to-back virtual meetings while working from home.
High achievers managing teams face increased challenges in leading in these environments. With hybrid teams, flexible work schedules, and growing demands, effective management is becoming increasingly complex.
After 20+ years in the industry and earning several degrees, I’ve decided to build a community for managers who want to excel in their careers while saving time.
Our community, although small, is dedicated to supporting managers who juggle professional and personal demands and sometimes feel stuck in a cycle.
The power of community and connecting with like-minded individuals offers a forum to prevent isolation, provide valuable feedback, and develop skills for greater effectiveness.
