• Simon Frost shared exciting news for the Magento community! He's making his extensive documentation on Magento troubleshooting and automated testing accessible to everyone. These resources cover common errors, solutions, and configuring/testing with PHPUnit. Check them out for practical tips and step-by-step guides.

• MageChat announced that their Women in eCommerce channel is nearing 100 members! The channel hosts numerous initiatives, from meetups to online learning sessions. Join this enthusiastic move to make the tech industry more attractive to women.

• Ryan Hoerr announced a free Page Builder Categories List module, which is fully compatible with Hyv? out of the box. He shared: "Contributions are welcome; I'd love to see more capabilities in Page Builder."
• Vladimir Popov announced the launch of MageMe EasyQuote with a 50% intro discount and compatibility with Hyv? Theme.
• Alexander Haivaronski announced that the Amasty Advanced Product Reviews extension and GeoIP Redirect extension are now compatible with Hyv? Theme. Additionally, Mega Menu Pro and Product Option Templates are coming soon. Customers can view and vote to help prioritise upcoming compatibilities on their Trello board.
• James Hoang shared that BSS Commerce 's Reward Points and Store Credit extensions are now compatible with Hyv? theme & Hyv? checkout.

Hyv? Highlights

Release 1.1.18 of Hyv? Checkout: We're excited to announce the release of Hyv? Checkout 1.1.18, which primarily focuses on decoupling the checkout navigation state from the session. Key updates include the Universal Message Dialog API, enabling controlled delivery of various messages to customers, and Navigation History, allowing seamless navigation between steps with standard browser buttons.

Backward incompatible changes involve minor logic updates to template files due to deprecated methods. Additionally, the handling of the checkout state has shifted from the session to the page route, and several methods have been replaced with the getNavigator() method.

Meet Magento UK Talk: On June 18th our VP of Product, John Hughes , will be presenting "Simplicity: The Secret to Building Better Magento Storefronts" at 1:45pm, as a sweet treat right after lunch. ?? ?? John's talk will focus on how keeping things simple can lead to fast, user-friendly, and affordable Magento storefronts. Dear Di?ry,

I can’t believe I’ve now been a Hyv?n for 10 weeks! I'm feeling super grateful - it was another great week that kicked off with the whole crew joining our weekly stand-up (sitting is allowed). It was wonderful to have everyone there, sharing personal wins and weekend stories, which hasn’t happened for a while due to the National Holidays!

I'm getting more and more excited for MM24UK now that it’s only a week away! I’ve started planning my day and signed up for all the pre-events. I had the great pleasure of being involved in organising the Women in eCommerce pre-event meet-up at 4pm on June 17th (I did the bare minimum ?? but massive shoutout to Lois Anderson for bringing it all together and also Suzanne Van Amerongen , Marloes Noortman , Karlijn L?wik , Thien-Lan Weber and Sanne Bolkenstein ). I can’t wait to see everyone!

Our Showcase Spotlight this week was, of course, The Natural History Museum. When I found out their store was built with Hyv?, I was absolutely thrilled! It is my favorite place to visit in London; I have so many fond memories of exploring and learning. Here is a photo from our last visit of my son, taking in the amazing view of the museum's blue whale swimming with the other cetacean skeletons and replicas suspended from the ceiling.

This week flew by so quickly, and there’s always so much going on and so many exciting ideas and projects to dive into! Once again, I really enjoyed putting this Hot Cakes together. I am always amazed by the amount going on around our community each week.
