This month, we explore the impact of our community: from the Cambridge Festival to students trialling for a coveted spot in this year's Boat Race and our recent Giving Day!

Bringing world-leading research to life

Interested in joining an experiential relaxation session or taking part in an interactive quiz on energy sustainability? These are just a few of the activities being led by our community as part of the interdisciplinary Cambridge Festival.

This year's Festival runs from 13 – 28 March with a mixture of online, on-demand and in-person events covering all aspects of the world-leading research happening at Cambridge.

Aiming high on the water!

The Boat Race is watched by 250,000 people from the banks of the Thames and fifteen million watch it on television. The College is extremely proud to have had an exceptional five students taking part in the trials process for a coveted spot representing Cambridge in one of this year’s squads!

Coming together to support our students

Churchill College’s third Giving Day took place on 14 – 15 February 2024, bringing together our global community of alumni, students, fellows and staff to celebrate love, health and wellbeing at Churchill College, with 36 hours of fundraising for Student Support and Student Mental Health and Wellbeing.
