Community Highlights and more

As the community grows, the awesomeness inclines as well. We are incredibly proud of our community, and we want to show appreciation to what is happening.

Season 7 of the podcast is starting April 2nd. The entire season is filled with an incredible line up, so keep an eye out for the latest episodes. Besides the format you are used to, we started recording episodes at the ScanAgile25 conference, and will dedicate bi-weekly episodes to bring the speakers we talked to, to you. Why bi-weekly, and not just a single publication of ScanAgile recordings? So you will hear Jim Sammons ' beautiful voice too, and not just Sander Dur . We're looking forward to more live recordings!

Season 7 marks a confirmation in our growing audience and ambition. We proudly present this season's sponsors: wiserBees , Xebia , and ScrumMatch .

A BIG congrats to Margret Scheuerer for passing her Scrum.org PSM III exam! After Yannick van der Wende and Florin Manolescu went before her, now it's Marge who took a leap of faith and passed with flying colours. Fun fact: Marge actually runs the PSM III practice sessions the Mastering Agility Discord community holds every week! If you're interested in joining these events, use the link above!

Nuno Santos continues to break the stigma that Agile doesn't need any documentation in his Business Rules series.

The first way, and perhaps the ideal one, is if the business rules documentation starts at the beginning of development. I believe it’s ideal because that way it’s a practice done since the very beginning, hence easier to document them iteratively as we need them.

Mark ter Voert ?? shares his view on What Scrum Masters can learn from Steve Jobs.

The concept of focus is often misunderstood. It’s not merely about dedication to a task but about prioritization and the courage to reject good ideas to preserve the great ones.

Yamini Hundare sheds light on Breaking Barriers by Identifying and Resolving Communication Challenges.

The first step towards solving any problem starts by identifying the problem. If a team has communication problems, as a facilitator, encourage them to identify these issues. Then, work together as a team to figure out how to solve them.

Previous Mastering Agility episode: David Asch joined us to talk about his book the Agile Enterprise. Find it right here.
