Community Enterprise KBH Enterprises finds a new home

Drew Camm - Director of McGrath Commercial Toowoomba, has assisted KHB Enterprises in finding a new premises for their Toowoomba business. KBH Enterprises have outgrown their previous premises of 20 years, needing a much larger space to carry out the fantastic work they do.

“Community organisations like KBH require careful and precise management to ensure their specific requirements, including funding packages are taken into account throughout the entire negotiation process. In this case it required some detailed analysis to ensure compliance from both the landlord and the Toowoomba Regional Council. “ Drew commented.

“We were extremely fortunate to have an understanding landlord who was prepared to take the time and understand KBH Enterprises's business model. Drew continued. Although this was a long process we were successful for both the landlord and the tenants with KBH Enterprises securing a long term lease providing stability for both parties."
