I've been on the LinkedIn platform since 2007. This past year has proven to be the most rewarding.?
It's no secret LinkedIn has undergone a lot of change in recent years. The platform we all know and love today is nothing like it was back then, and that's a good thing!
So what changed?
LinkedIn was more about "professional networking" and less about connection and community. But over time, its users demanded more: they wanted more personalized content, more relevant interactions, and more ways to build relationships with people who shared their interests and values.
The aspect of community is what I am excited about and proud to be a part of.
