Many know about “Where’s Waldo?” and while the image above may be a funny take on it, I do know I haven’t been around as much as I used to.?In the last few months I have been pouring my energy into doing what I do best:?

• Connecting with more humans?
• Communicating in different ways and,?
• Collaborating on various projects ?

?

My word for this year is INTENTIONAL (adjective; done on purpose; deliberate).?

?

According to Weber. Mu , being intentional means?making deliberate choices to reflect what is most important to us. Becoming intentional can help us maintain a positive mindset, reach goals, experience more clarity and be more present. It can also increase our focus and commitment and bring more purpose and meaning to our lives.?

?

Many of you have heard me talk about a brilliant course that I attended in the Summer of 2023, offered by Bilyana Georgieva called “Wise Up”. As the title implies, the aim of this course is to make an attendee wiser, but I will say that attending this course definitely won’t be like anything you ever could imagine!?

?

I learned many things, including different techniques to help me “wise up”, but my main takeaway, contrary to what many adults believe (that things happen to us and our lives are the way they are because of the way we were raised), was that I get to choose what I believe and the path I walk.?

?

For me, being intentional means that I need to choose where I invest my energy instead of allowing things to be chosen for me and doing what is expected of me.?So, while I love being here with all of you (building community, making friends and impact, sharing content and being a positive light), I have been out filling my cup so I can give back to YOU,?my people!?

?

The past few months have seen me travelling extensively, meeting people from different industries all over the world, experiencing new things and collaborating on awesome projects, all of which have made me better for you. I will share more about this at a later stage.?

?
