It’s hard to believe that we’re already in February.
It’s easy to get caught up in our day-to-day work and before we know it, we look up and time has flown by in what feels like a flash.?
Last week, I wrote about how getting clarity through coaching helped me navigate an often murky path toward my goals. This week, I’m expanding on that by sharing a bit about what a personal board of directors can do –?and how I wish I’d had that mapped out earlier in my career. And that’s in spite of feeling at the time like sure, I knew what I was doing.?
And only later realizing that I had no idea what I didn’t know –?or how important it would be.

1 年I have a small Whatsapp group of women in my field, and we often turn to each other for day to day support, and then a slightly different group I turn to when I'm making a major career decision/move. It's been incredibly meaningful and I recommend it to everyone!
