In life, our minds can be our greatest ally or our toughest enemy. I remember a time when I let self-doubt take the wheel. It was during a critical business pitch—my thoughts spiralled, and I almost talked myself out of it. But when I took control, focused on my strengths, and silenced the negativity, the outcome was a success. Your thoughts shape your reality. Control them, and you’ll steer your life in the direction you choose.
