Communication vs Technical Skills

Competency in oral and written communication is the most crucial skill/ingredient for success. After that, technical competency takes its position and order of importance. Therefore, keep fostering your communication skills, and don't rely only on your technicalities in order to succeed because this will never happen. Otherwise, you may blame others despite it being your fault then.

However, success is from Allah/God primarily and foremost. You may have all skills but don’t succeed and vice versa. Meanwhile, we are commanded to take the theoretical reasons with relying on Allah/God all the time. This is the only correct faithful way as we learned it in every lesson of life.
