Communication Towers Management retreat .

The management of CTNL held a management strategic session at? Goshen Guest House Auta Balaifi?on February 10th–12th????2022 to deliberate on the affairs of the company. The objective of the session was to properly plan, recalibrate, and focus the company for better productivity.?

?A?communique was released after the retreat?with some of the highlights stated below;

·????????The members reviewed the activities of 2021 financial year and agreed on the corporate objectives' the year 2022, which was cascaded to the 3 processes of the company and the timeline for accomplishing the objectives set.?

·????????A company self-assessment exercise (A deep level assessment of the company’s status (Maturity, or beginner) was agreed to be concluded at a later date by the management staff.

·????????Top management agreed on the need to constitute a board of audit committee and management committee.

·????????The members agreed to review the company’s communication policy and also develop Change management policy.

·???The Staff hand book was reviewed in view of new policies and adopted.
