I recently gave a talk at the #NewYorkExpo at the #Javits Center in NYC. I talked about how conversations on Twitter are social interactions just like you have with your favorite people every day. Your interactions-Tweets should provoke an ongoing dialogue with your potential audience, just make sure you have a clear focus so you're not spreading your message too thin. Your brand is best if it's niche driven.
