How we "choose" to communicate (yes, it is a choice) has everything to do with the quality of our relationships, the level of trust we build or not and then our ability to influence and persuade others to varying degrees. Trust gets belief. Trust gets willingness to go with you on the journey and have your team perform at its best. Trust is actually created through a chemical process in our bodies.
