What is the one thing that people don't know about you?
Most of my clients don't know that I am also a yoga teacher.
What inspires you?
In yogic philosophy, there's a concept called "dharma". It translates as "one's rightful duty, inherent purpose or true calling."
My dharma is to enhance the lives of others through passing on conscious communication and relationship skills. This inspires me to strive for continual learning and development.
What tip would you like to share?
To find your dharma, your true calling, and follow it, ideally in your full-time career, but even as a side hustle or passion project.
So many aspects of our lives seem to fall into place when we are aligned with our unique sense of purpose.
