Microsoft Editor is an AI-powered service that helps bring out your best writer in more than 20

languages. Here are the opportunities from Editor:

? Grammar and spelling: Checks for grammar and spelling errors and provides suggestions

for corrections

? Writing style: Suggests ways to improve writing style, including inclusive language

? Conciseness: Helps you write more concisely by eliminating unnecessary verbiage

? Avoiding split infinitives: Helps you avoid split infinitives

? Avoiding gender-specific language: Helps you avoid gender-specific language

You will need a Microsoft 365 subscription. Alongside access to Microsoft Editor's premium editing capabilities, you will also get 1TB of OneDrive storage space and access to the Office suite.

Editor underlines the issues it finds. You select the underlined word or phrase to accept or ignore the suggestions.


Copilot

It is a good option for individual users with basic needs. Copilot does more for you than Editor, integrated into Microsoft 365. It works alongside you, embedded in the Microsoft 365 apps you use every day:
