Is communication efficacious for a good military dialogue?
While China and America might have reached their respective pinnacles in strengthening their military abilities, the inter-dialogue between these super powers is still in its rudimentary stages. While all will agree that, the position of military ships in the sea is not a slapdash but few would know of the close encounters between the prodigious ships of both countries. One of the primary reasons for this is that the official military communication between America and China is still conducted by fax machine, which is quite antithetical to ways armies of other countries communicate. The prolific commanders on both sides are well aware of the dangers of the close encounters of ships but rarely do they do anything about it. Certainly, these encounters are not capricious. They may by transient/ephemeral but it does not deviate us from the fact that they can turn deleterious anytime. If a movie was to be made out of it, I am sure a good director would not fall short of showing a perfect macabre scene. How the two nations should communicate is still an inflammatory question but there should be efficacious communication between the two is the need of the hour. If one peruses the situation from the perspective of a scholar, he would see the need for effective communication. Both nations should walk out of nonplussed state and decide on how to make the dialogue better. Antipathy can only be overruled by compassion Not since the cold war has it been so important for these two establishments to talk.
