Communication Do-Overs

Communication Do-Overs

Ever caught yourself thinking "YIKES! Did I just say that?" "Did my inside voice speak out loud?"

You can listen to the podcast here: https://melindavanfleet.com/episode-90-how-to-quickly-improve-your-communication-w-charmaine-hammond/

We talked about why "AND" is better than "BUT" in volatile conversations, how to ask open ended questions especially when you get stuck, and how to do the "do-over" (or what I call the mulligan).

Enjoy the conversation.
