Communication cross different teams

  Have experience worked with other people in the world. I thought the common language to communicate each other is a great thing for all.  Sometime, I used my mother language with my team member, but it was a little hard to describe the detail technology about the things that I was doing at that time.

       Always take another effort to find a communication skills between different people and different team members cross different work experience. I like to describe the status in detail, it meant the discussion would describe the technical in detail. To describe Driving strength, Signal quality and Protocol fail rate and other detail unknown information base on the design, it was hard to make it easy to go for all people. 

       Information write down in few words is a good thing or not?  In my work, I found the detail information could help to solve the issue quickly but would take time to let the people to understand about it.

      In an AE position in a silicon company, I used to provide detail technical information to the people who works on the issues in their projects. The worlds might not be friendly and full of technical worlds which reference specifications. 

    In other team which did not have the same working experience or field, It became the problem when used the same language to describe the same thing. I learned to write the report in another way to let more people understand the issues which were keep in our hand. I learned how to separate the information in different section." Overview","abstract" and  "detail information." It would help the people got they want to have.  Cross functions issues would have the information between hardware and software. Different function teams only focus on there own issues. So, provide clear information cross function teams which they might interest in was always the topic to let everyone know the status we had at that time.

          Communication with different words in different place would be easy for the people who could focus on the scope they knew. Maybe it took time to make it real but it would let the issues in right place more easily. I thought.
