The Power of Communication as a Business Tool

Story
10 years ago, I worked for a huge Austrian-Ukrainian holding company. They were constructing Ukraine's largest golf facility, and there needed to be more human resources. Events with investors, diplomats, and executives have to be sought and planned before an international tournament. Finally, I was allowed to take on this responsibility and to tighten positions (it was a long list that began with a caddie, coach assistant, and receptionist and ended with a top manager - director of the club).?
We had an immediate need for personnel. The management said, “Most of them will not get paid in the first months" "What would I say to people?" was the first idea that sprang to mind.?How do I explain why there would be no salaries? How do I keep them motivated?
The next day, I came up with a goal, pros and cons, and all of these people's viewpoints.?
I met 60 prospects in two weeks, and 25 were eventually asked for a personal interview. I was talking about the project, how it was a fantastic chance for them to obtain invaluable experience, and so on.?
Many people stated their readiness to help in the middle of the talk. They agreed to leave their prior work despite assurances that there would be no compensation. One manager was so passionate about new opportunities that her husband was envious of her new job and refused to allow her in, took her phone, and locked her up at home!
We hired 12 new great employees in less than two weeks.?

It was a success because I communicated clearly and directly, transferring my passion to the project. I was "promoting" the concept by effectively communicating with a clear vision and identifying objectives, pros, and cons.
Many are still working in this direction, travelling continents or occupying great positions. We all are winners.
Impact of communication
Steve Jobs, who made Apple one of the world's most profitable and expensive corporations, once said, "You cannot connect the dots when you look ahead." You can only connect them when you look back.

You must have faith in the connections of the dots in the future.
97% of workers truly believe that communication affects their daily tasks and their work.?
Effective communication helps establish a brilliant working relationship with your staff, which can improve their morale and efficiency. Clarity, quality, and speed of the final result always depend on communication, each of which has its aim.
You should be able to intelligently explain and answer clients' and colleagues' questions about all existing products and services. Effective communication is an indispensable tool for any business owner. After all, there is only one step between the deal you made and the opportunity you missed.
72% of customers will share their positive experiences with six or more people.
But if the average citizen is not satisfied, 15 of them will tell you about it. Esteban Kolski, who is in charge of the shopping experience at SAP, has shared this data. It is reasonable that such statistics lead to significant financial losses in business. Therefore, building communications is one of the principal tasks for the company's growth.
The founder of Tesla and SpaceX companies, Elon Musk, says the following on the following topic: "Communication should follow the shortest path that is necessary to get the job done, and not through a chain of commands."
In his letter to Tesla employees, Musk explained that the source of the problem is the need for more communication freedom and stressed the need to empower people to speak directly. He reckons, "This is the main thing for effective communication."
What is the influence of communication on your life?
