7 年Good information, Nick. I am not sure I would agree 100% on the last point. People make purchases based on emotion and then justify it with logic. This has been well documented by some of the biggest marketers & copywriters. In residential real estate, if emotion shouldn't play a role in a purchase...then curb appeal, brightly upgraded kitchens, and open floor plans would not be important. On balance, it is important for investors and commercial purchases.
