Please see a list of common errors spotted in FP7 reporting, try and avoid the below to stop any delay in reporting deadlines;
- Lack of original documents if required
- CFS missing when threshold ≥ 375,000 € and incorrect template used
- In the Breakdown of Direct Costs table:
- Equipment depreciation not indicated or incorrect
- Incorrect employment period
- Productive time identical to actual man/hours when staff are not working 100% on the project
- No explanations on budget deviations and/or adjustments
- Wrong budget categories used
