Common FP7 errors, avoid these to follow best practice.

Please see a list of common errors spotted in FP7 reporting, try and avoid the below to stop any delay in reporting deadlines;

  • Lack of original documents if required
  • CFS missing when threshold ≥ 375,000 € and incorrect template used
  • In the Breakdown of Direct Costs table:
    • Equipment depreciation not indicated or incorrect
    • Incorrect employment period
    • Productive time identical to actual man/hours when staff are not working 100% on the project
    • No explanations on budget deviations and/or adjustments
    • Wrong budget categories used
