We all start the year with resolutions, hoping for a glow-up that screams, "New year, new me!"
It’s true! The transition to a new year brings with it a renewed sense of optimism
Unfortunately, many of these resolutions tend to lose momentum by the middle of January, and we often find ourselves stuck in the same patterns as before.
And…each passing year takes us further away from the life we truly want, and we end up settling.
Why does this keep happening? Lack of motivation
While these factors might play a role, there's a crucial element missing...
How do we stop the cycle of same-old resolutions and move from settling to thriving?
How can we harness the momentum of the new year to get closer to what we want, "what we really really want"?
... Drumroll, please. COMMIT!
You see motivation and willpower alone won't cut it unless there's a prior commitment.
They’re like your trusty sidekicks,
but they won't show up if you don't send out the Bat-Signal of commitment first.
But what exactly are we committing to?
Is it a slimmer body, daily exercise, kale smoothies for breakfast, or a passion-based business?
It's none of those things.
Because none of those things will materialize if you don't commit to yourself.
Committing to yourself, is very much like building a loving and healthy relationship with yourself.
It involves a deep understanding, acceptance, and appreciation of your own identity, values, emotions, and needs.
It's an ongoing process of self-exploration and self-care that contributes to personal growth

It’s about never giving up on who you want to be and how you want to live.
And it’s the VIP pass to a life of independence, emotional stability
Now, how do you get into this "hot and heavy" relationship with yourself?
I’m about to spill some self-love tea.
A relationship is a relationship, whether it's with yourself or with others.
So…Here are my 7 tips to commit or recommit to a healthy relationship with yourself in 2024!
1- Speak to yourself as kindly as you speak to others. Would you call your BFF "stupid"? No, you wouldn't. So why do it to yourself? Have self-compassion
2- Treat yourself like you're on the VIP list. When something's important to you, don't be fashionably late – make it a priority. Your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being deserve the red carpet treatment.
3- Quick to hype up your squad? Be that hype queen for yourself. Encourage yourself rather than criticize yourself. Acknowledge your achievements big and small. Pat yourself on the back for being the superstar you are.
4- You’re generous with everyone else, right? Time to spread that generousness on yourself. Nourish your body, take those relaxation breaks, gift yourself that Ayurvedic Health Consultation,
establish healthy boundaries
5- Listen to and honor your emotions. Don’t feed your feelings ice-cream, feed them a listening and a releasing.
6- Love involves forgiving and forgetting, right? Forgive yourself and forget your missteps. Lapses? They're stepping stones, not setbacks. Reflect, learn, and thrive. Progress, not perfection.
7- Nurture honesty and transparency with yourself. Are you living the life you want to live or just faking it for Insta? Check yourself, align with your deep desires without compromising your health and well-being, and create a yoga moment of balance – physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
So, darling, this new year, commit or re-commit to the ultimate relationship with yourself.
Manifest those heart's desires, because you're a star, and it's time you shine your light bright!
Happy, happy new year!
Love,Laure
