Committed Stakeholders work FOR change, not AGAINST change
Change is happening faster than ever and we are in danger of not communicating the changes in our organisations fast enough. Employees are accepting change as part of the fight against COVID19, but as lockdowns are lifted, will we need to approach our communication with more structure?
The success or perceived success of change initiatives often hinges on the effectiveness of communication. We have all seen the impact of a successful implementation eroded by not following through with the final stage of communication – “Commitment”.
Change initiatives can fall down at each stage of the Communications journey and at each stage we need to have:
1. A call to action,
2. The appropriate messages,
3. The right activities and channels
