When we see a candy, we immediately open it and begin eating it. This has been ingrained in us ever since we were child. Interesting is, we can deduce a habit forming pattern by analyzing this.
Queue >> Action >> Reward
Que is the candy here, picking it up is the action, and the delicious flavor you get as a result is the reward. The best part is that you may use this strategy to establish any behavior you want!
In just 66 days, you can automate a habit! - In other words, after 66 days, you won't need self-discipline to get you to do what you need to do.
Knowing this, let us now concentrate on keystone habits that can have a variety of transformative effects on our lives. I've listed a few below - (Only read on if you're ready to make a commitment with me in the comments to any of these habit which you don't already possess)
1. Exercise every day and keep a food diary: Benefits could be healthy living, increase life span, feel confident, wear favorite out fit :P, developing resistance to junk food, being more active and energized (The purpose of a journal is to keep track of things, and what you keep track of is what you control)
2. Waking up a little earlier every day: Benefits include feeling more relaxed, having better relationships, remaining peaceful, being more efficient, cheerful, and active (After 66 days of practice, even 15 minutes earlier can make a tremendous difference.)

3. Meditation: There are far too many benefits to name each of them, but a few are concentrated living that can assist in achieving anything in life (a magic trick :P)
4. Savings: I personally don't know what money means to you, but saving for a few months may result in less stress, being financially unbreakable, reducing spending on unnecessary needs (which are usually useless after a while), and possibly sponsoring a fantastic vacation :P
5. Expressing thanks on a daily basis (Gratitude): Even three sentences of what you are great full for in a day can make your life very peaceful, steady and filled with happiness
6. Every day, try something new or read something new: Try doing something that takes you out of comfort zone this would give you confidence, new learnings that would lead to your growth and reading of course would grow you intellectually
7. Keeping a day notebook in which you reflect on your actions during the day and develop a list of things you may have done better: This would transform you entirely into the wiser person you are capable of being, A time and action management tool, improves life holistically and there are many more benefits
Let me tell you, if you attempt committing once here, you will thank me later for encouraging you to do so. I recommend you to give yourself 10 points each day you adhere to what you commit and post the total points after 66 days. I really home you secure 660 marks in it!
