The project was a maintenance engagement for a Salesforce-based IoT platform that helps manage land information and automates administrative processes for the public sector. As the client’s needs evolved, our responsibilities expanded significantly. Today, we’re actively improving user flows, adding new modules, and contributing to the system’s long-term architecture.?
From real-time geo-mapping, data synchronization, and form processing automation to user interface optimization and log analysis, the scope of work is wide and technically demanding. Every line of code has public impact. Every update supports critical administrative workflows used by thousands of end users. This is more than just software—it’s public infrastructure.?
A Scalable, Reliable Delivery Model?
?The project is managed through a lean and efficient hybrid model: three BrSEs stationed onsite in Japan?and a twelve-person offshore team based in Vietnam. Onsite BrSEs act as client liaisons—gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and validating delivery. Meanwhile, our offshore engineers implement features, perform rigorous testing, and ensure on-time release.?
