About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development & Relationship Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is adept at building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales process for our institutional test prep solutions, from generating leads to closing deals with coaching centers.

Responsibilities:

? Gain a comprehensive understanding of the local test prep market and the coaching centers operating within your assigned territory.

? Develop and implement targeted business development plans to engage coaching centers.

? Identify and evaluate potential leads through cold calls, networking, and strategic outreach.

? Develop and maintain commercial relationships with potential clients such as coaching centers and local tutors by offering personalized outreach and tailored solutions.

? Present our test prep solutions to stakeholders at coaching centers, demonstrating the value and benefits of partnering with us.

? Ensure successful onboarding of coaching centers as partners and serve as the primary contact for resolving any issues.

Qualifications:

? Strong understanding of the Test Prep market and the specific needs of coaching centers and educational institutions.

? Proven experience in a business development or partnership management role, ideally with responsibilities including admissions and school tie-ups.

? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
