Commercial Roofing Solutions Secure Care Home Development

Today see’s the flat roofing department start on our recently secured project Headstone Drive, a new build Care Home development based in Harrow. Our package consists of Flat roof decking, insulation and coverings, as well as bespoke aluminium PPC cappings and fascia’s. The main roof and balconies will be completed in standard dark grey and additional raised roof which will be finished with standing seam strips to meet architects design. The chosen waterproofing system from Soprema will provide 20 year insurance backed warranty for the client giving them peace of mind for many years to come. Progress pictures will follow and the project is due for completion March 2016.
