Commercial Real Estate 2025: Unlocking Exciting Investment Opportunities and Growth

Dear Friends,

As 2024 comes to a close, to reflect on an incredible year of growth and success, particularly in Commercial real estate. We’ve been honored to play a role in shaping dynamic spaces and facilitating meaningful transactions that contribute to our vibrant Colorado communities.

This year’s highlight was being entrusted by the Local Board of Realtors as a non-profit to sell their Dillon office space while securing a new location in Silverthorne. Dillon’s active market generated multiple offers, and we’re excited to see these plans come to life.

Our commercial portfolio saw further growth at Center Village in Copper Mountain Resort, the launch of Copper Sky Distillery, welcomed Sweet Soy restaurant, ?while expanding opportunities for more local operators. We’re actively seeking coffee operators, wellness services, and other businesses to enrich this thriving resort community.

As we enter 2025, we’re filled with excitement for new opportunities and partnerships. Thank you for your trust and support—it makes everything we do possible.

Wishing you a prosperous and successful New Year!

Warmest Regards,

@MountainlivingLindsey you Local Broker
