V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking a Commercial Onboarding Manager – Banking for our premier client in Miami Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, direct hire position in the banking industry.

.

  • Ensures business applications are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
  • Requires extensive knowledge of commercial entity types, documentation, and analysis of thesame.
  • Manages the overall operations of Commercial Onboarding Support, adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory related policies and procedures.
  • Fosters an inclusive culture that promotes teamwork, recognizes performance, and appreciates effort.
  • Leads business performance through organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Enables front line leaders to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Manages changeand drives the business strategy.

Education and Experience ?

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with preference for Business, Accounting, or Finance-Related concentrations
  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required ?Previous experience in Commercial Banking roles
  • 3+ years of commercial banking experience required.

              

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ?

  • Strong familiarity with call center or operations support management hardware/software
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of commercial entities, financial statements and other records, and analysis of same
  • Knowledge of commercial onboarding processes and KYB requirements
  • Proven ability to manage efficiency gains as a leader
  • Proven development and motivational skills
  • Effective public presentation skills ? Diligent Time Management and analytical skills

  • Work closely with the Client Success Partners to ensure SLAs are being met in regards to onboarding application or ticket response time, ticket resolution and ticket satisfaction.
  • Monitor group chats and be a liaison between contact center, BPO, Tier-1, Tier-2 and management.
  • Commercial Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction by carrying out and communicating departmental goals and objectives ,as well as opportunities for process enhancement and improvement.
  • Garners resources required to support the team

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities ?

  • Ensure steady state processing timelines are met.
  • Understand, support, and ability to manage all Commercial Account Back Office Operations, including functional features such as Online , ACH, Wire Processing, Bill Pay, and Mobile or Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Work directly with Client Financial Institutions to continually enhance processes and procedures for onboarding, with an understanding of the differing risk profile various Financial Institutions may have and an ability to adapt for each.
  • Exhibit strong understanding of commercial account onboarding processes in the industry, and according to industry best practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of compliance regulations applicable to commercial .
  • Lead, execute upon, and decision Commercial Account Onboarding processes, including review of legal entity organization documentation, review of due diligence, and compliance with KYB requirements.
  • Maintain flexibility in schedule to allow for occasional travel
  • Perform all other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Drive, determination, and taking responsibility for assuring company policies and procedures are correctly followed are necessary qualities for successful job performance.
  • While the pace of the work is faster than average, the timeliness and quality of results is never compromised.
