Commercial Loan Credit Analyst - full time direct position on site - Harwood Heights, IL

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a?Commercial Loan Credit Analyst?for our premier client in?Harwood Heights, Illinois.

• Education and Experience ?Must have at least 2 years’ experience analyzing Commercial & Industrial and Commercial Real Estate loans for bank customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Job Responsibilities:Examine and understand financial transactions and credit history of the applicant (applications, statements, balance sheets, legal documents etc.).
• Complete ratio, trend and cash flows analysis and create projections.
• Assess creditworthiness of existing or prospective bank clients.
• Determine in depth the degree of risk involved.
• Carefully analyze data and produce clear and objective reports.
• Routinely monitor loans for compliance.
• Adhere to credit policy and guidelines.
• Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns.
• Deliver a multidimensional perspective on the investment outlook in an accessible and informative manner.
• Monitor corporate portfolio asset quality on an ongoing basis.
• Manage coordination of documents with outside counsel as appropriate.
