As their next Commercial Account Manager, you will oversee the client lifecycle as you:
? Serve as the primary, day-to-day contact point for your clients
? Build strong relationships by advocating on behalf of your clients and providing expert guidance
? Prepare your clients with action plans and work through the process in advance of renewals, policy changes, etc.
? Exemplify our brand as you deliver practical solutions, especially during times of challenge
? Understand the client’s coverage as you negotiate with external clients to successfully meet their needs – even before they’re aware of such needs!
? Retain and attract additional clients via your expertise and the resources these new clients require
? Strengthen your relationships with clients, carriers, underwriters, and vendors through clear, consistent communication
This opportunity has the option of some remote work, especially if you're able to come to Salt Lake City occasionally for trainings, client meetings, and work events with the whole company. Your book of business will have a mixture of industry types: primarily consisting of transportation with some industrial and construction to non-profits and social services.
Ideally, you have 3+ years of progressive Property & Casualty experience that includes resolving issues for clients you managed. Knowledge of policy modifications and coverage also essential. Must have State Property & Casualty license or be willing to obtain one within 90-days of hire.
