Commend UK, a leader in intelligent communication solutions, hosted a successful Customer Experience Day at Aures London on September 4th, 2024. The event brought together customers, partners, and industry professionals for a deep dive into the company’s latest innovations and solutions, offering a hands-on experience with cutting-edge products.
The event kicked off with a presentation from Dennis Krijgsman, Segment Manager for Transport & Infrastructure at Commend International. Krijgsman’s talk focused on the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in shaping the future of trusted communication. He highlighted Commend’s vision of combining first-class customer support with innovative technology to provide seamless, efficient, and secure solutions. Central to this vision is?Ivy, Commend's AI-powered assistant, which recently won an award at ISC West 2023. Ivy enhances customer experiences by offering real-time assistance, automating services, and improving safety and security through features such as noise detection and wayfinding support.
Additionally, Krijgsman introduced Commend’s latest advancements in AI-driven voice technology, showcasing solutions that clean voice communications from noise—another award-winning feature from ISC West 2024. These innovations, along with Ivy’s new captioning capabilities, offer businesses more efficient and reliable communication solutions.
Following the AI-focused session, James Dickens, Head of Sales at Commend UK, provided detailed insights into real-world applications of AI within the communication industry. Dickens demonstrated the Ivy dashboard, showcasing how businesses can monitor service performance through data analysis and reports.

Attendees were also treated to an immersive experience at this unusual venue to experience Ivy directly through a video with all their senses. The event concluded with an opportunity for guests to explore the new solutions firsthand and engage with Commend experts. This hands-on experience was followed by drinks and informal networking, allowing attendees to exchange ideas and further discuss the innovations presented.
