Commemorating a loved one

Commemorating a loved one

Congratulations to Jamie Sargeant of Studio2 in Islington, NSW for carving such a beautiful memorial to my wife. It has been a long process, not least with the disruption caused by Covid, and with a long journey from my original idea to the stone being put up over her grave in the beautiful, tranquil churchyard at Mount Peel nestling beneath the foothills of the Southern Alps in Canterbury, New Zealand. I am grateful to Harriet Frazer of The Lettering & Commemorative Arts Trust in England for putting me in touch with Jamie. If you would like to commemorate or memorialise someone I recommend browsing their website. It showcases a wealth of beautiful possibilities. https://www.letteringartstrust.org.uk/
