How might we implement a process for high school students (grades 9-12) served by WNY BloodCare to develop and implement a robust "transition to independence" management plan to facilitate these patients' transition to independent living at college? How might we assess the effectiveness of our transition process?

In just a few weeks, you will work collaboratively on a team to solve a challenge statement presented by WNY BloodCare.

Innovation Sprints welcome idea creators and builders! You will:

• Use creative problem solving techniques to help companies and organizations find real-world solutions to their challenges
• Work collaboratively with other students of all disciplines and pitch your solutions for prizes
• Develop skills such as teamwork, problem-solving and presentation skills
• Plus... Innovation Sprints look great on LinkedIn and resumes!
