Coming Soon... The New "Normal"....

Although this is, for many reasons, a scary time for a lot of us, I am enjoying pondering on what the new normal might look like...
Will some of us work from home more often (or all the time) as a result of having to find ways to overcome the challenges we've had previously? Or will the novelty have worn off, and the nation's struggle with bad backs/necks and strange 'quarantine dreams' mean that people are desperate to get back to the office?
Will those who have been pushed to online shopping continue to do so now they have overcome the fear of change and grasped the technology? OR will they be more inclined to go back to the shops so they can decide their own substitutions when a product is out of stock?
Will people's shopping habits have changed as we've been forced to live less materialistic lifestyles?
Will fashion change as some of us have now realised we do in fact dress for others rather than "ourselves" as we've insisted on before.
There are tons of norms that are all subject to change… the world we lived in only a couple of months ago has changed significantly and I can’t help but be intrigued about some of the possible outcomes.

4 年What ever the new norm is I am looking forward to carrying assignments out for Mystey Shoppers. I signed up just before the lockdown.
I've found that without the normal distractions like emails, calls, meetings, chat messages and actual chatting (oops!), I can determine the exact times when I'm at my most productive. For me, the mornings are ok but I really get through tasks from 1pm onwards (rubbish just before lunch, who knew!). I think working from home has taught me this and I'll take this with me going forward. Definitely missing my colleagues now though...the biscuits, the riddles, the leader board where you earn points for guessing a celebrities age correctly or getting the right answer to a brainteaser...
