Quick update to keep you involved. 

Some time ago, an exciting idea came to me to create something new. 

Here’s the backstory…

So many people, like me, start a services business without really thinking it through in advance. They trade time for money and sooner or later they run into issues. 

Issues such as…

·       There is only so much time available to sell

·       There are large chunks of time that are unbillable 

·       They have to be in the business to make it work, so they work long hours

·       Cashflow is up and down, like a roller coaster

·       When work dries up, money dries up and there is no business 

Not only have I experienced these challenges myself, I also learned that we can work smarter by putting the right things in place. 

Instead of being the workhorse in our business, we can use systems and processes to generate leads, educate prospects and make offers to them – completely automated. Technology, then, takes over the role of workhorse, and we manage the cart.

You see, we DON’T always have to network, make calls, do coffee meetings, write proposals, do presentations, run all over the place and chase our tail… 

Business development can be done differently!

Imagine cutting down the average sales process time by 80%. That’s what I have been doing in my business. Instead of spending 10 hours on average per lead, I now do 1 to 2 hours only.
