The coming revolution ...

Every year around this time, the Western world prepares to celebrate the same ritual. We say goodbye to the past year, take stock and look forward to the New Year.

It is not something that I usually do in public, but this year I will because at Red Points we have a lot to celebrate and I would like to share it with you.

For us, it has been the best year in our history. We have taken a giant step forward in our mission and the growth of Red Points has been remarkable. Close to 1,000 customers now trust us. These are companies from around the world who acknowledge how the Red Points solution has helped them to recover their legitimate revenue, which others have been stealing with impunity, and at the same time protect their consumers and their distribution chain. We are at a time when the volume of contracts closed in a single month is equivalent to that of 2015 and 2016 combined. We are the company in our industry with the most clients in the world - clients of all sizes and from all sectors. Over the last seven years, we have been able to evolve towards a solution that meets the needs of a wide range of clients, including some of the largest companies in the world, from the US to the UK, Australia and Japan. Many of them have been satisfied customers for a considerable time, but 2021 marked a course change . Companies that didn't believe things could be done differently a few years ago, are now part of our loyal customer community.

We have been able to remain true to our "customer centric" approach throughout these years. We explore new frontiers for them, innovate, find new playing fields and when we discover the solution to the challenges, we put our product and our innovation at the disposal of our clients so that they know that with Red Points they will quickly achieve their goals. We are where everything new and relevant happens. What we did five years ago is only a fraction of what we do now. And the customers know this, that's how we have developed such a strong relationship with them. They trust us and want to be a fundamental part of our journey. Some of them have even asked to join us in a possible next investment round. I am so grateful that I couldn't be more excited.

While our product is becoming more sophisticated, our team is also growing and becoming much stronger. At almost 300 Redpointers, we are 30% more than a year ago. I could not be more proud of our solid team, which has been working relentlessly over the last years. As the team grows, advances and evolves, exceptional talent has joined us in 2021, at all levels and in all parts of the company. And our global leadership team is stronger than ever.

So what now? Now the revolution.

We are preparing a qualitative leap for the first half of 2022. We have been working on a major change for months that will make Red Points even more essential for an increasing number of companies than ever before. We have a great team, the best marketing, the most evolved sales machine, the most advanced technology in the entire industry, and innovation and ambition are in our DNA. We've broken a lot of roofs and we're about to break many more. We are targeting previously unexplored borders. The revolution has arrived. I know it and you will soon too. Stay tuned ...

This is great! There is no doubt about your tremendous leadership, given how much you accomplished last year. Well done Laura - amazing journey! Each stage of growth brings new walls to be conquered and revolutions (loved the term!) to be made. Scaling a company is definitely playing at the Champions League.
