A lot of hours have gone into our corporate design identity

Coming out from the skunkworks…

Last year I announced that I had quit my otherwise extensive career with CSC (now DXC) to pursuit a new idea and that you should stay tuned.

Today I am ready to announce my company arqitekta.

The concept we are following is that the IT outsourcing world is changing towards commoditization, cloud and, for many companies, toward more in-sourcing.

This change leaves many companies without high-level enterprise architects. They were normally supplied by their outsourcer and vacuum has created an opportunity for us to jump over to the customer side to become their trusted advisor when it comes to large scale IT transformations and digital innovation.

During the past year we have worked on two major programs. One for a governmentally owned company and one for one of the largest facilities management companies in the world.

  • The first program was a merger and acquisition program entailing splitting applications and infrastructure out from the selling company and merging in into the acquiring company’s portfolio.
  • The second is an ongoing Big Data program where we build the foundation for IoT, business intelligence and machine learning, from inception through strategy and design to fruition.

In the process we have partnered with Ramb?ll Management Consulting and Lakeside to complement our skills.

We have established operations in Denmark and Lithuania and lately we could announce our first yearend result with a revenue in excess of $400,000 and with an acceptable profit.

A result which I am proud of considering it is our first year of existence and that we are self-funded.

And today I can announce our first employee joining us in Lithuania!

If you want to know more or have a project you think we can assist you with, check out our website www.arqitekta.com or call me on +45 4928 9909 for an informal talk over a cup of coffee.

Please share this article with your network if you like our concept...

Best regards,

John V. Fabienke
