Coming out of the closet(As a Rebel)Ten good reasons to join my cause

Rebellion, uprising, or insurrection is a refusal of obedience or order.It refers to the open resistance against the orders of an established authority. The term comes from the Latin verb rebellō, "I renew war" (from re- ("again") + bellō ("I wage war/I revolt"). The rebel is the individual that partakes in rebellion or rebellious activities, particularly when armed. Thus, the term rebellion also refers to the ensemble of rebels in a state of revolt.

A rebellion originates from a sentiment of indignation and disapproval of a situation and then manifests itself by the refusal to submit or to obey the authority responsible for this situation. Rebellion can be individual or collective

Having worked in our great industry for nearly forty years and worked with some of our industries greats, I realised that to create change, you need a suggestion of Anarchy to help things move forward.

Rebels do actually need a cause (sorry Jimmy Dean) and mine is borne out of the lack of desire for change by the elite in our Industry, though they profess that they want to change.Well boys and girls its time to come out of the closet.

After a Eureka moment that change is at hand. I have worked for and with some of the most forward thinking companies in Europe, but when it comes to foundations other than the Bullivant brothers, little has changed until now. I always remember a quote from Roger that only 9% of housing and structures are actually piled and when you look at the housing market circa 180k then its a measely figure.

Now the Eureka moment(s);

2 What if you dont need piling mats?

3 What if you don't need as much cart off site?

4 what if your comparing it to Trench fill at 1.2lm deep and it not only works but saves you money?

6 What if one system suits all, Traditional Construction, Modular Factory kits, Timber Frame and last but not least Pre cast

7 What if the design process saves time and money?

8 Waste reduced considerably

9 Programmes shortened and beaten

10 Health and Safety improved
