Coming live from Albania!

Never heard of it?

Look it up as it is a wonderful Country in the Balkan Peninsula of Southern Europe.

This weekend my wife and I went to the Shala River and we had a moment to reflect on everything we are up to and I got really present to the fact that I am living the life of my dreams…

And only took me 18 years working 7 days a week, a couple million dollars of trial and error, and countless hours of education, mentoring, and coaching ??

And it was all worth it.

I am blessed to be able to have the life I have today and I don’t take it for granted at all.

In fact 18 years ago I had these three goals:

1). Travel the world

2). Help people

3). Make a lot of money

I have kept these three goals in my mind on a daily basis and I can tell you the only reason I am here today is because of my mindset.

I remember when I first started pursuing these goals.

I was more focused on the “tactical” side of the business…which is needed.

But I didn’t spend anytime on the personal development which includes things like:

1). Creating a vision and goals

2). Journaling and vision boarding

3). Dealing with past traumas head on

4). Ending toxic relationships

5). Filling your mind with powerful intentions and context

And much more…

I have helped thousands of people over the past 11 years of running a nationwide training and development community and I have seen first hand that this is needed…

And without it you are almost guaranteed to fail.

However, doing is doesn’t mean you are going to succeed.

Living the life I have today has been the hardest thing I have ever done.

And I work ever day to maintain it and elevate to my next goal.

I am able to do this because I surround myself with coaches and am always in a personal development program.

The last two years have been tough on the entire world…

And it has been the most amazing two years of my life.

That doesn’t mean I haven’t had to deal with the same stuff everyone else has.

I have personally dealt with loved ones dying, having to move an in-person business entirely online, growing and scaling multiple businesses and all of the challenges of doing that and so much more.

I have spent 18 months trying to get a bank account open for a Trust of ours…I have flown back to the USA twice to open it and then fly back and then they close it again because they said they made an error and opened it wrong…lol

That is a normal Monday for me now ??

So I am not talking about putting perfume on a turd…lol

I am talking about what do you tell yourself when things like this happen?

I used to say things like: I knew it wouldn’t work…

or…

Give up because I couldn’t figure it out.

Today things are different.

I am grateful and ask: How can I get…whatever I am want?

And then I only focus on a solution to that question.

Now….I will be honest…lol

My humanity always interferes and I have to get through my fears and anxieties still.

But today I know that those things are going to happen and I set myself up to win by having coaches.

There is so much going on in the world today that it is easy to get distracted and caught up in the world wind of negativity.

I was talking about this with one of my dear friends and coaches Dr Cari Skrdla and we were talking about creating a small group of high performers that want to accomplish big goals…

And are wondering if there is a demand for it?

My wife and I will be spending most of next year in Asia and are thinking of having a “graduation” in Thailand or Bali to celebrate everything the group has accomplished and create the next level.
